Imputar a nossa fragilidade aos outros faz-nos fracos e cansados,
Aliviar a fragilidade e a dor dos outros faz-nos fortes e resistentes.
Desvalorizar pessoas e actos passados torna-nos vazios e ausentes,
Preservar momentos bons, valorizar os de sofrimento, torna-nos realizados.

Deter a mudança com a facilidade, temer a ousadia, leva-nos a definhar;
Prezar a reflexão, preferir a profundidade, liberta-nos para sentir.
Acreditar numa só vez, numa só realidade, num só caminho, faz-nos desnortear,
Preservar em nós a criança com fome de novidade e futuro, faz-nos prosseguir…
